training in working with traumatic memories and
post-traumatic stress disorder using the highly
effective Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) with both children and
adults. She also uses EMDR for performance
enhancement and to help you break free from the
negative beliefs about yourself that you’ve held
onto for so long.

Ted has effectively mentored and coached men and their
families for over 10 years. He is a gifted small group
leader and facilitator and excels at mentoring men
individually. He has expertise in a wide range of men’s
